Does ATA Airlines offer poor customer service?
If flight 4206 from Chicago to New York being 3 hours late is any indication, it certainly do. Provide generic ads on the hour, not really (its more like 1 hour and 15 minutes after someone complained) service representatives customer has an attitude problem. had the gall to charge for snacks after a delay of 3 hours. It seems that even a bag of animal crackers have been cheaper a move a good pr) said the flight captain would be 1 hour 34 minutes after takeoff. Pity that the flight lasted 1 hour 55 minutes and landed at 12:30 am in New York. It's amazing the bucket of bolts in fact at all. ATA represents always taking advantage.
If this happened, then I would say they serve Customer horrible. They do not even know what customer service. I found a site that http://www.airlinesreview.net/ you can go and present their own analysis of the line air. I did not see any reviews out there yet, but if you add one, I'm sure it will have that in the consideration before flying with them. Whoever it does not fly U.S. Airways either, unless you want to arrive without luggage or overbooked your flight and you have to wait about four hours to take the next flight. I think I will present a review of me!
