My 28 year old brother past away in December, and since then I had 2 dreams that come to life, why?

Died in an automobile accident in December 2009. In my dreams, my family is crying, but tears of joy because it is again with us and we believe is trivial. My brother does not say anything in dreams, who just acts like it is. In the first dream, our family was eating mom [, dad, sister, he and I] most of us was crying and hugged me and I told him how I missed him and needed him. A few weeks later, I had a second dream. We at a party and my dad and he went to DJ for him and saw him setting up his team. (He was fond of music and technology) Later in the dream, I went into a room and cried and my dad came in and cried with me hugged me, told me he was very happy that my brother was with us again. What is the message behind these dreams?

That has been reincarnated. We all do, sooner or later (later if we "time" in hell). Sometimes the dead tell where and how to find them. But he will return as a baby.
