What equipment do I need to play vinyl / records?

I'm not a dj but I appreciate electronic music (trance, house, downtempo) and love indie rock and hip hop in turn strongly influenced by the boards and mixing. I love the warm sound of vinyl. I know I need speakers, a turntable, and receiver. Does anyone have any recommendations affordable?

Check out your local Goodwill. Stop applying power to ensure that work. I've known several people to get very good dishes and receivers Goodwill or similar stores. For speakers, you can look there too, but present the best sound quality, I'd probably get new ones.
