power outlets for electronic equipment for European?

When traveling to Europe and the U.S. Is it okay to bring their electronic equipment such as DJ equipment such as mixers and tables turn, and stage lighting and get a power adapter / converter for themselves? "In no way create performance problems? I am asking with regard to electronic equipment that is more sensitive than household appliances. I do not want any failures in full performance. Would it be better just to buy European electronics for use in Europe? On the other hand, are the outlets say the same way as UK, Germany, France and Spain or will be necessary adapter plugs for each country?

If you want to destroy your computer plug into an outlet in Europe! It is 220-230 volts. Sparks fly. You need a power converter to reduce stress. It could cost $ 120 .– As another person mentioned each country has different plugs. Germany Austria are the same however. Bon voyage!
