I can find some advice, when what DJ equipment to buy a new DJ in the world of MP3?
I was a DJ back in the day, "Two turntables and a microphone, "but I want to re-enter the DJ business. I have a laptop and a computer at home and am interested in what DJ equipment to get if I DJ with my laptop and CDs instead of loading all the "Coffin" with my turntables. I am in favor of the purchase of used equipment if feasible and, although I want to go lean and low cost does not mean I want to go cheap and low quality. Any suggestions?
I've been using Traktor 3 and a controller Faderfox of more than a year, and never let me down. You can do much more than vinyl with MP3 rarely going to bring my records to a concert even more. CD's are fine, but again, it's another 10-20 pounds to carry on his shoulder, and you have to be able to know how to work all types of CD drives.
